We have prepared a set of approximately 1kg of extra-large half of sockeye salmon (for heating), 250g of soy sauce marinated salmon roe, 250g of scallops, and squid sashimi.

Salmon, which is a natural product and has an outstandingly firm flesh, is easy to eat because it is cut into fillets without a belly bone, making it ideal for chanchan-yaki, meuniere, and fries.

Salmon roe pickled in soy sauce is an exquisite dish that is marinated in a special soy sauce, allowing you to enjoy its elegant flavor and richness.

Scallops have a firm, springy texture and a rich flavor.

Squid sashimi is freshly caught squid that is quickly frozen and delivered to you in a fresh state.

<Defrost salmon at room temperature>

Remove from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for about 2 hours until partially thawed.

<Defrost salmon in refrigerator>

Although it takes a little time and effort, this is the recommended way to defrost salmon so that you can enjoy it deliciously.
After receiving the product, please store it in the refrigerator.

By thawing slowly over time, there will be no drips and the deliciousness will not be lost.

Estimated thawing time is approximately 5 to 6 hours .

If you are in a hurry, thaw under running water for 20 to 30 minutes .

Wrap the salmon so that it does not get wet and place it in a plastic bag under running water.

Be careful not to put the fish directly in the water, as this will cause the fish to become soggy and the delicious nutrients will be washed away.

Salmon roe marinated in soy sauce Thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 to 12 hours .
Please consume within 1-2 days after thawing.

You can put it on top of rice without thawing it to make a ikura bowl or make it into sushi.

<Defrosting scallops at room temperature>

Add the frozen scallops as they are. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for about 3 to 5 hours to thaw. Over time, the ice will melt and it will be submerged in water, but it's okay to leave it as is.

<Thaw scallops in ice water>

Although it takes a little time and effort, this is the most recommended way to defrost scallops and enjoy their delicious taste.

Place as much ice as the scallops you want to thaw in a bowl and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt (per 250g of ice) over the ice. Place frozen scallops in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave at room temperature for 3 to 5 hours to thaw.

Over time, the ice will melt and the scallops will become submerged in water, but the salt keeps the temperature low and prevents the scallops from becoming watery.

Take the scallops out when they are partially thawed, so that they are slightly frozen when you touch them, and drain them with kitchen paper before serving.

If you don't want to put in too much effort, just put the frozen scallops in the refrigerator and let them thaw slowly over 4 to 6 hours .

If you are in a hurry, place the scallops in a plastic bag to avoid direct contact with water, then thaw them under running water.

Take it out of the refrigerator, thaw it slowly in the refrigerator, and then serve it on a plate. (The trick is to serve it only half-thawed to avoid thawing it too much.)

How many days will it take for the ordered item to arrive at the earliest?

How long will it take to defrost?

The approximate time for defrosting boiled crab is as follows.

Crab appearance: We recommend storing it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives and thawing it for about 24 hours before eating. At that time, it is better to store the crab with the shell inside out so that the flavor of the crab miso does not leak out and it will be more delicious. If you really need to thaw it in a hurry, steam it.

Crab shoulder legs: After receiving the product, thaw it in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. It is ready to eat when you can easily remove the ice from the shell with your hands. If you are in a hurry, thaw the crab under running water for about 30 minutes, keeping it sealed so that water does not come into contact with it.

Crab sticks: After receiving the product, thaw it in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours. When defrosting at room temperature, the approximate thawing time is 2 to 3 hours. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator. It is ready to eat when you can easily remove the ice that has stuck to it with your hands. If you are in a hurry, thaw the meat under running water for about 20 minutes in a sealed container to prevent water from coming into contact with the meat.
