About payment
At Ichii Shoten, you can use the following payment methods.

Payment will be made at the time of order.
The date of withdrawal from your account varies depending on the payment company you use.
If there is no specified delivery date, we will begin preparing for shipping within 5 business days after receiving your order.

Unless otherwise specified, items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
*We cannot deliver to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, etc. Please note that if you place an order, it will be automatically canceled.
In addition, when packing, we take great care to avoid scratches or dents on the outer box before shipping, but there is a possibility that damage may occur due to trouble during transportation or the responsibility of the shipping company.

Shipping is free for purchases over 15,000 yen.
*Disclaimer regarding shipping charges
If you are ordering multiple items and the delivery address is the same, we will only ship them to one item.
However, if you order multiple products over 120 sizes or a combination of "frozen products + refrigerated products", shipping charges may be required for multiple items or for each product even if the delivery address is the same. .
Please pay any additional shipping charges to the delivery company .
About returns and exchanges
We take every precaution to ensure quality control, but in the unlikely event that there is a product discrepancy, initial defect, shipping error, or damage, please do not throw away the product and contact us within one week of delivery. .
We will exchange it for a good item or refund the price.
Regarding refunds, we will make a bank transfer after checking the returned package. In that case, the applicable unit price will be the price at the time of sale.
Please note that the transfer fee will be deducted from the payment.
Regarding returns other than those listed above, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. Please refrain from canceling your order after it has been confirmed due to system and delivery issues.
