<How to save/thaw>
We recommend storing it in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival and thawing it for 24 to 36 hours before eating.
At that time, it is better to store the crab with the shell inside out so that the flavor of the crab miso does not leak out and it will be more delicious.
If you really need to thaw it in a hurry, steam it.
The recommended storage period is 2 weeks to 1 month if frozen, or 2 days if refrigerated.

How long will it take to defrost?
The approximate time for defrosting boiled crab is as follows.
Crab appearance: We recommend storing it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives and thawing it for about 24 hours before eating. At that time, it is better to store the crab with the shell inside out so that the flavor of the crab miso does not leak out and it will be more delicious. If you really need to thaw it in a hurry, steam it.
Crab shoulder legs: After receiving the product, thaw it in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. It is ready to eat when you can easily remove the ice from the shell with your hands. If you are in a hurry, thaw the crab under running water for about 30 minutes, keeping it sealed so that water does not come into contact with it.
Crab sticks: After receiving the product, thaw it in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours. When defrosting at room temperature, the approximate thawing time is 2 to 3 hours. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator. It is ready to eat when you can easily remove the ice that has stuck to it with your hands. If you are in a hurry, thaw the meat under running water for about 20 minutes in a sealed container to prevent water from coming into contact with the meat.
