The approximate time for defrosting boiled crab is as follows.
Crab appearance: We recommend storing it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives and thawing it for about 24 hours before eating. At that time, it is better to store the crab with the shell inside out so that the flavor of the crab miso does not leak out and it will be more delicious. If you really need to thaw it in a hurry, steam it.
Crab shoulder legs: After receiving the product, thaw it in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. It is ready to eat when you can easily remove the ice from the shell with your hands.
